The doctor was about to reply when the tardis screeched to a halt and he was thrown to the floor.

Julia lost her grip and skidded across the floor before coming to a stop. "Where could it possible want to take us?" she asked.

The doctor jumped up And grinned. Let's go find out. He said before rushing out the door.

Julia sighed and stood up. She carefully followed after the doctor.

They were in what seemed to be an old, abandoned museum. It was dark and hazy, and glass display stands dotted the walls. They were filled with various items that seemed to be far from anything earthly. The doctor was looking around with an unreadable expression.

Julia looked around and moved to stand close to the doctor. "Do you know where we are?"

The doctor shook his head and motioned her to be quiet. He stepped over to a glass display stand and his eyes widened. Inside was a robot head, with a sort of handle on the top. The doctor had a grim expression on his face.

Julia instantly went silent. She followed him over to the display stand and gave him a questioning look.

The doctor put splayed hands on the thick glass and peered in. This is the head of a Cyberman. He said in a low tone. His face suggested that this was not a good thing. He went over to another display stand.

Julia gave him a confused look. "A what? What does it mean?" she asked. She was beginning to feel that she was asking more questions than she ever had before.

The doctor rolled his eyes. Humans. A Cyberman. Cyber. Man. Which word is confusing you? He said. He peered into the display in front of him and gave a small yelp at the content.

Julia gave him an irritated look and put her hands on her hips. "Don't talk down to me. I'm not an idiot. The only Cyberman I've ever heard of was in a movie." she snapped. She jumped when he yelped, her gaze questioning.

The doctor ignored her and examined the display case, or rather, what was inside. A round mechanical looking head, rust coloured, with an eyestalk sticking straight out. A blue light shone from the end, like an eye.[/b]

Julia looked at the display case and shuddered slightly. "That's weird looking." she commented quietly. "Another cyberman?" she asked.

The doctor shook his head slightly. His shoulders were set in a tense position.

Julia noticed how tense he was and her blue eyes grew worried. "What's wrong?" she asked seriously.

The doctor was silent for a few moments, an amazing feat, and then grinned happily. Let's go look around, shall we? He said cheerily.

Julia gave the doctor a look as if he had grown a second head before sighing. "Sure why not." she told him. "Why shouldn't I follow the crazy time traveler that makes no sense?" she muttered under her breath sarcastically.

The doctor turned and walked backward. Because it's fun! He said. The entered a small room. It had a set of controls in the corner with a load of wires hanging out, looped in circles on the floor.

Julia rolled her eyes, but followed after him. She paused at the sight of the controls and wires. "Is it supposed to look like this?" she asked.

The doctor frowned. No. He started examining the wires.

Julia looked around before watching the doctor. "What is this place?" she asked curiously.

The doctor sighed. It's some sort of control room, I'm thinking they want to control something that is too dangerous to be kept in another room, but what? As he went through this sentence he habitually pulled on his hair and messed it up so he looked like he had been electrocuted.

Julia looked at him confused. She felt like she had just stepped into a sci-fi movie. She watched the doctor pull on his hair and giggled slightly at the mess it became.

The doctor jumped when he heard the door opening. He quickly ushered Julia behind a cupboard and hid under a small table.
