Denis held the door open for Jackie and walked in after her, sitting down at the bar he ordered a beer and took a gulp.

She ordered some wine and took a small sip. "So, do you like horses?"

"Actually, I grew up on a medium sized horse ranch with my mom, her and I genteled horses together I don't know but you may have herd of the ranch, it was on the news a lot, it was called Sandy Lane Rescue Ranch, do you like them?"

"I absolutley love horses. I don't have one, though, but I'm saving up for one. I'm almost there, too." She took another drink, bigger this time.

He took a big gulp of his beer, "I have had Daioh since he was born, I would die if anything happened to him."

"Daioh, what a nice name."

Denis nodded, "It means Great King, in Japanese."

"Japanese?"

Denis nodded his head, "I lived in Japan with my mother for half of my life, I picked it up pretty good. I had a horse at this stable where I would go and ride, there was a horse there King, I loved him to death, he was about 30 when we put him down, so I named my horse after him, but in Japanese." He smiled at her.

"Ah, makes sence." She nodded and took a sip.

He smiled at her, "You have a job yet?"

XD she just got a job on another page, but i posted this before it. Idk wat to do lol

She shrugged, "I have one in Horse Isle, I'm moving there tomorrow. Most of my stuff is in boxes, except for my latest painting."

"That's cool, what do you paint? Anything, or is there one specific thing?" He took a big gulp out of his beer.

She shrugged. "Just...anything that comes to mind, but usually horses."

Denis nodded.

Suddenly a fire burst from the back. Multiple people ran to the dor, but Jackie was paralyzed.

Denis yelled to Jackie, "Come on!" When she didn't move he wrapped his arms around her and pulled her to safety. When he relized where his hands were he blushed and removed them, "sorry."

(ikr lol)
Jackie gulped in some fresh air, finaly gaining control. "Its ok, I'm the one who should be sorry. See, my dad died in a fire."

"Oh, I am sorry about that," Denis really was sorry too, she wasn't the only one who had lost parents.

"Its ok. Anyways, is there any sprinklers inside?"
(ahh! i forgot wat there called! ^)

"Oh! Crap, maybe I should call the fire department!" He laughed and pulled out his phone, He called 911 and told them about the fire.

She laughed. "I-I'll be right back." She poked her head in the building, and then took it out. Her face was now grey with soot. She couged a few times before saying, "I dont think anyone is in there." She wiped off her face.

Denis listened and didn't hear anyone so he nodded his head. "Do you want me to take you home, or would you like to go somewhere else?"

"I don't care, as long as we are away from the fire." She continued to wipe the ashes off her face, coughing. She grabbed a random, half-empty water bottle and took a big drink.

"Do you want to go on a ride?"
