He snorted angirly, pacing back and forth through his home, a hollow tree wide enough for three drafts. He finally stepped outside, glaring at nothing. "ARG!" He screemed to himself. He was an idiot.

Shadow a beautiful little mare troted around in the forest..Trying to find a way out.

He looked up at the sound of hooves and smiled. It was a mare, and she looked beautiful. Mares always calmed him down, especially when they became pregnant with his children. "Oh, hello. Is there anything I can help you with?"

"nothing.." She blinked like she was tired.

"Oh, no. You need rest. Come on." He entered the hollow tree, his owls swopoping all around on the top shelf-like structure. "Come on, I won't bite."

She followed scared.

Two of the owls went out of the tree,and cameback with talons full of grass. He motioned toward a patch of soft grass where she could li down.
