dakota wanted a mate she just wanted a family, she hated being a loner wolf and would do anything to have another wolf stand at her side and call her a mate, she walked around for a while then when the moon came up she sat on her huge back legs and lifted her muzzle to the moon and howled a song, a song of saddness, a song of lonleyness, a song of wanting to have someone to call her own, she sang for a long while, letting her story come open to the world, when she was done she lay down rolling over on her back and fell asleep watching the stars

Falcor's green muzzle gently prodded Dakota in the side. He spoke quietly, cautiously," Are you okay?"

"Whoo! Oh! I'm sorry you scared me." she laughed and said, "Yes, No, I don't know..."

Falcor sat down and chuckled, cocking his head and closing his eyes. He opened his eyes and smiled at the she-wolf. "I'm Falcor, I heard you howl and thought I'd make sure you were okay." His green eyes sparkled in the moonlight. He shuffled his wings awkwardly."Is there anything I cn help you with?"

"Yes, I am fine, a little lonely, but ok all together."

He laid down next to her and smiled gently. "Well, lonelyness is something I can fix too you know."

She flashed him a smile, "Well, thank you, I would love some company."

He tipped his head up, looking at the sky. "The moon is really bright tonight."

She followed his gaze, "Wow. It's so pretty." Her eyes glowed a bright aqua and her half moon too.

Falcor smiled lightly and rolled onto his back, looking at Dakota. "You're upside down..." His tongue lolled out of his mouth and he laughed quietly.

Dakota laughed at him, already feeling a lot better than she was before.

He reached out and batted Dakota on the nose gently."Boop!"

She laughed again then batted him on the nose back, "Boop, to you to." she smiled at him and laughed again

He shook his head lightly and laughed. "You cheated!" Falcor whined jokingly, rolling onto his paws and laughing.

Dakota smiled brightly as her moon glowed even more.

he looked questioningly at her moon, then into her eyes. He didn't have to speak to ask what the moon was.

She smiled and said, "I don't know, it just glows all the time when I'm in the water, or reallly happy, and my eyes too."

Falcor looked around with an almost confused face. "Well, I don't see any water," He started to smile,"You must be really happy."

She smiled brightly, her moon glowing just a little more, "Yes, I am very happy."

She nuzzled his cheek and lay down.

Falcor laid down and stretched his wings out, yawning. Brightly coloured flowers began growing all around them, a neon pink one popping up between Dakota's paws. They seemed to glow dimly, lighting up the area around them ever so slightly.

She smiled down at the flower between her paws and smelled it, "Mhmmmm...." She scooted over a little so she wouldnt crush the pretty, good smelling flower and stretched out and yawned

"Tired?" Falcor asked quietly.

"A little," she yawned again this one bigger, she laughed, "okay a lot!"

Falcor scooted over closer toDakota; their sides were touching now. "Naptime!" He announced, laying his head on his paws and yawning.
