Fenris woke up from his nap at the foot of the bed and yawned. He looked out at the night sky and saw the brown wolf sitting just inside the entrance. Moon light filtered in around him and Fenris suddenly remembered it was the night of the full moon. He jumped off of the bed to go wake Cissy up.

Cissy jumped and scrambled to get up.What? What? Bella?

Fenris jumped back when Cissy scrambled to her feet and growled at her to calm down. He snorted and padded back over to the bed, jumping up to lay down on the other side of Bella. He sighed, laying his head gently against her arm. The brown wolf didn't move from his spot inside the entrance. He was slowly soaking up the power and strength the full moon's light gave him.

Cissy calmer herself down and sat on the opposite side of the bed, observing the brown wolf.

The brown wold slowly started to shift, but it appeared that he only shifted part way. The man had a human body and face, but he had claws, long canines, and a brown tail. He shuddered as the full moon's power flowed through him and stood up stretching.

Fenris watched him carefully. Werewolves became a little less predictable when they were in this form.

Cissy observed him quietly, fixing him with a cool gaze.

The man turned and walked over to stand by the bed. He ran his hands over Bella's back to find the damaged parts. His hands paused over one spot and he suddenly sank his claws into her skin, baring his teeth. Fenris growled, but didn't move from his spot. The man slowly pulled his claws out, the magic flowing through him was pulled through the small wounds like a thread, healing the more serious wounds.

Bella slept on, undisturbed. Cissy clenched her teeth to quench the instinct to attack the werewolf.

Fenris watched Cissy and the loner both with narrowed eyes. He was watching Cissy for any aggressive actions towards the werewolf and he was watching the werewolf for any aggressive actions towards Bella. His tail twitched irritably when the man had to push his claws in deeper to fix one part of Bella's spine and he bared his teeth when blood trailed away from the small puncture wounds. The man returned the gesture, baring his sharp teeth before returning to his task. A little under an hour later he had completely fixed the damage. Bella would feel slight discomfort for a few days, but it would slowly disappear.

Cissy had been in edge for the whole time. She finally breathed and sat back when the job was done. Bella started moving.Should She get up?

The man stepped away and wiped his claws off on his pants. "She should be able move without any difficulty." he told Cissy, his voice a mix of human and wolf.

Fenris sat up, watching Bella worriedly. The small puncture marks on her back were small scars now and were slowly disappearing.

Bella blinked and woke. She raised her head slightly and then let it drop, terrified of the gut wrenching pain she had experienced with every movement of late.

Fenris crouched down next to Bella when she dropped her head, letting out a low whine thinking she was in pain. He nudged her arm, concerned. His only thoughts were to make sure his master was alright.

Bella winced by instinct and then realized that it didn't hurt and sat up, slowly.

Fenris stood up on the bed and his tail wagged like a dog's when Bella sat up. He nudged her arm, wondering if she was okay. "Do you feel any discomfort?" the loner asked, the brown ears twitching towards Fenris as he spoke to Bella.

Bella shook her head.No more than usual.

"Usual? Do you have any more injuries?" the man asked.

Bella shook her head.I got bitten by a hippogriff when I was younger. Nothing that can be healed now.Cissy giggled a little at the memory of little Bella going to close to the creature.

The man simply nodded before growling something in wolf to Fenris. Fenris dipped his head and laid down on the bed next to Bella. The loner grinned slightly before bowing deeply to Fenris and Bella. "I'll be taking my leave. Good luck with being the Alphas of the Nightmare pack, although I guess you can't return now." he told them looking at Fenris with a grin. He bowed slightly to Cissy before he suddenly shifted into a large brown wolf and raced from the room.

Fenris jumped off of the bed with a snarl at the brown wolf's comment as he started to pace back and forth through the room. He knew that the pack would be celebrating for at least a week and then he would have to make an appearance, but he couldn't go back. He sat down and let out a low whine, looking towards the entrance of the small room.

Cissy sighed and crossed her arms. Bella looked at Fenris.What is he talking about?

Fenris looked at Bella and tilted his head, confused. He wasn't sure what she was asking about. 'I've already told you that we were to be the Alphas.' he barely managed to send the thought to her. His normal abilities were fading.
