Somebody To Love trotted into the orchard, long mane bouncing, tail waving like a flag, nostrils wide, hooves steadily thumping on the soft dirt underneath him. He was looking around as usual, to help anyone he found in any way he could. The apple trees cast odd shadows on his dappled pelt, causing it to seemingly come alive and dance across his side. His ears pricked and Sam changed from a trot to a canter, then spread his enormous wings and gave a mighty leap, propelling himself forward and up into the sky. He was slightly held back by the canopy of apple boughs above him, but broke through in no time, and began scanning the terrain before him. Soon he spotted her. A beautiful white mare. She looked like an angel.
Silently he swooped down low, then carefully leaned back and fluttered, finally coming to rest a few yards away from the mare. Awkwardly he folded his immense wings, then approached, slowly. "Hello..."
