Cen stood, staring down at his Pokemon in amusement. The young Absol danced around him, nipping at his ankles and yipping excitedly. "You've got too much energy, little bro," Cen muttered, scooping the Pokemon into his arms. Absol yipped. "Let's go battle, eh?" Cen suggested to the bundle of energy he held to his chest. The mass of black and white fur wiggled in agreement. Century set the young Pkmn back onto the ground and began walking, his hyper young Absol following close behind.

Lily strode along, her obediant trapinch following her. "Trap?" her trapinch had caught a sniff of something.... it ran wildley over to the smell. "trapinch!" Lily called, starting to chase it. Trapinch ended up following the smell to absol! "trap-trap-trap-trap-trapinch?!" it called exitedly, hopping around absol.

Absol's eyes widened at the Trapinch. He sniffed it curiously, leaping back in surprise. " 'Sol, Absol!" he squeaked, pouncing playfully at the Pokemon. Cen smiled and chuckled lightly. He looked up at the trainer and waved. "Hiya there,'' he greeted cheerfully,''I'm Century and this is Ryhawk." He motioned down with a hand at the young Absol. Ryhawk's ears twitched back at the mention of his name, but his eyes didn't leave his new possible playmate.

"oh, hey!" she shouted, miles behind trapinch. She finally caught up to her, panting and puffing, hands on knees, bent down. "nice...to meet you..." she panted, standing up after a while. "im Lily, and this is Duop" she looked over at Duop, who was still running around the Absol.

"Nice to meet you, Lily and Duop!" Cen stated cheerfully, smiling bright. He looked down at the Pokemon, his smile growing. Absol pounced onto the back of Duop, yipping in excitement. His pink tongue darted out and licked at the back of Trapinch's head. Cen chuckled. "So, what's up?" he asked, amused.

"oh, the usall, training as hard as ever" she smiled and chuckled as Duop shook and jumped on absols head, looking down as if to say "your up-side down!"

I'm doodling him with Cen in between typing. ^_^ He's just adorable!

"Training, eh?" Cen confirmed, smiling. He cocked his head lightly. "Wanna battle, then? Ry could definitely use up some of that energy.." Ryhwak looked up, his tongue lolling out of his mouth. He yipped excitedly as if to confirm the idea of a battle. He wriggled, trapped underneath Duop. His tiny pink tongue reached up again, licking a wide stripe across the Pokemon's face with a satisfied yip.

Lily (i was just about to type Hilda lol) smiled, looking up. "ok!" her blue eyes focused on Duop as she rolled off Absol, shaking her head to get rid of the large lick. She hoppedback areound again, facing absol. "it'd be good training for Duop too!"

Cen beamed. "Okay, cool! Let's rock this, Ryhawk!" His Absol trotted excitedly to its master's side. "You ready for this battle, Ry?" "Absol 'sol!" the Pokemon confirmed. Cen looked back up at Lily. "Ladies first," he insisted with a smirk.

She smirked with delight. "ok, Duop!" she shouted, pointing. "do an agility!" Duop shook, and started running aronud. She got faster and faster, untill she was all warmed up.

Cen cocked his head lightly, considering his options. "Okay, Ry. Let's rock! Quick attack!" The Absol darted back and forth, moving so quickly that he because a blur of black and white. He leapt for the foe, paws out in front of him to strike his target.

(I'm just gonna leave off there, because I don't want to powerplay. o_o I'll leave you to decide whether he hits or misses..)

The absol hit, but it knocked Duop gently, making her roll a bit. "Trap!" Duop hopped exitededly after she got up. "ok...hmm....sand-strom!" Lily shouted, Duop whipping up a giat gust of sand.

Absol winces, bracing his paws firmly against the ground and screwing his eyes shut tightly against the sand. Cen frowned lightly,"He's to your left, Ry. Jump left and use Pursuit!" the trainer ordered loudly, yelling above the sandstorm.

Trapince heard, and dodged before they could attack. She plopped on the ground lightly, her rough eyes avaoiding the flying sand.

Ry winced, landing hard on his white paws, now dyed brown with sand. "Again, Ry!" Can called out,"Pursuit!" Ry squinted and leapt, horn facing towards the opponent.

"Trap?" she felt something hard ram her side; it sent her flying. Plopping on the ground again, she was charging up a hyper-beam (can they learn that? i forgot lol) "oh no..." Lily frowned, while the hyper-beam blasted out.

Cen winced, knowing that this Hyper Beam would most likely end the battle. "Absol, no giving up! Brace yourself against it the best that you can!" Ry gave a loud bark in reply and braced himself against the ground. The Hyper Beam hit Absol directly, temporarily blocking the Pokemon from view. When the attack faded, Ry stumbled a few steps towards Trapinch before collapsing to the ground, fainted. "Absol, return," Cen murmured, holding out the Pokeball.

Lily smiled, holding out her pokeball too. "good job, Duop! return" she called, the trapinch going away in the pokeball. "good job, Cen and Ry" she walked over to Cen. "thats one tought pokemon you have there. Brave, as well"

Cen beamed at the compliment. "Thank you! Your Trapinch is pretty fantastic, too,'' he remarked joyfully,"We'll just have to work harder at it next time." He slipped Absol's Pokeball into his backpack and looked around. "So, now that that's over...Do you know where the nearest PokeCenter is?"

"hmm" she pulled out a small book and read the index carefuly. "it says here ...wait...where are we....theres just one down that path" she pointed to a long, narrow path curving into some sort of forest. She smirked as she continued reading it. "its the closest one, and the others you won't reach untill hours" she read out the last bit. "its an easy trail. If you don't get lost" she sighed and shoved the book back into her pocket. "should we go there? Duop must be exausted from the hyper-beam, too"

Cen gulped. "Lost is pretty much my middle name. Especially with Absol fainted." He shuffled his feet nervously. "If you're headed the same way, or even if you're not, could I maybe tag along?" He smiled awkwardly up at Lily, rubbing the back of his neck.

She tilted her head up and smiled "sure! like i said, Duop has go to a Poke-Center too" she smiled again and searched into her bag. "ah, found you!" she pulled out another poke-ball. "Duop isn't the only one i have. I recently caught a pidgey as well. He should help us" She threw up the poke-ball and out came a small Pidgey. "Pidgey, could you go and fly up ahead for the Poke-Center?" Pidgey nodded and took off. "ok, lets go"

Cen squealed excitedly. "Awh! A Pigedy! He's so cute!" No matter how common a Pokemon was, Cen loved it. He looked down at the Pokeballs on his belt, most of them empty. He glanced back up and trotted forward, watching the flying Pokemon with a smile plastered on his face.

She giggled and walked along beside him. "you can find them in this forest, as a matter of fact"

Cen beamed and threw his fist in the air excitedly. "Yeah! I'm totally gonna catch one!" His step was bouncy and excited; his eyes flitted around the forest for any sign of a wild Pokemon.
